學會沿革
學會沿革
台灣眼整形美容重建手術醫學會成立於民國 102 年 10 月 10 日（2013 年 10 月 10 日），並於同日舉行成立大會暨第一次會員大會。
本會匯聚長期投入眼整形重建手術及顏面美容醫學之臨床醫師與專業研究者，以促進專業交流、累積臨床經驗、深化學術研究及推動專業教育為核心，持續為台灣眼整形相關醫療專業建立穩健、完整且具國際視野的發展基礎。
隨著眼整形重建、眼眶疾病、淚道疾病及眼周美容醫學持續發展，本會亦積極推動跨專科合作與國際學術交流，期望藉由專業訓練、臨床經驗分享及學術研究，提升國內眼整形美容重建手術之專業水準與醫療品質。

學會任務
一、推動專業教育與學術交流
定期舉辦眼整形重建手術及顏面美容醫學相關之學術演講、研討會、教育課程及專業訓練活動，促進臨床經驗與學術成果之交流。
二、整合研究資源與建立交流平台
整合眼整形重建手術及顏面美容醫學之技術與臨床研究，建立並持續推動相關專業之學術與臨床交流平台。
三、提供專業諮詢與制度參考
提供主管機關有關眼整形重建手術及顏面美容醫學之專業諮詢，並就相關法規、醫療政策、專業規範及作業準則之研訂提供專業參考。
四、深化國內外學術合作
促進國內外相關醫學會、醫療機構及專業團體之合作，推動眼整形重建手術及顏面美容醫學診療技術之國際交流與發展。
展望未來
隨著微創手術、精準影像、再生醫學、人工智慧與個人化醫療快速發展，眼整形外科亦持續朝向更安全、精準、自然及個人化的方向前進。
台灣眼整形美容重建手術醫學會將持續肩負專業教育、學術交流、人才培育與醫療品質提升之責任，深化台灣眼整形專業之臨床與學術基礎，並積極拓展與國際眼整形相關學會及專家的交流合作，推動台灣眼整形美容重建手術持續與國際接軌。

Taiwan Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
The Taiwan Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (TSOPRS) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to advancing education, research, clinical excellence, and innovation in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Established in 2013 through the leadership of Professor Wen-Ming Hsu and a group of pioneering oculoplastic surgeons, TSOPRS has become a leading academic platform in Taiwan for specialists in eyelid, orbital, lacrimal, reconstructive, and periocular aesthetic surgery.
Through scientific meetings, professional training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and international academic exchange, TSOPRS is committed to elevating surgical standards, fostering evidence-based practice, cultivating future leaders in the field, and advancing the safety, precision, and quality of patient care.
